All current MVP features are free, with no purchase, subscription or review limit.
Does AI delete photos automatically?+
No. Best Pick only recommends or opens a photo. You choose any removal selections, review them, and confirm through Apple Photos.
Why is Best Pick too close to call?+
The visual scores are similar, or available evidence is insufficient. The model cannot judge a photo's personal importance. Compare the photos yourself.
Why are some photos missing?+
Limited access, cloud-only resources and unsupported formats can affect coverage. Check Photos permissions and scan coverage. iOS limits background execution; return to the app to resume unfinished work.
How do I recover removed photos?+
Open Photos → Recently Deleted. Eligible items generally remain recoverable for 30 days. CleanPick cannot restore items itself or empty that album. Storage may not be freed immediately.
What should a bug report include?+
Send the app version, device model, iOS version and steps to reproduce. Redact personal photos and identifying details. Never send passwords or your photo library.
