Frequently asked questions
Does the app need an account or internet connection?+
No. Vehicle management, fuel tracking, reminders and reports work offline without a TinyWorld account.
How do I add a vehicle or update its odometer?+
Open My Vehicles, select the plus button and enter the details. Open the vehicle later to update its odometer or record maintenance; a new reading cannot be lower than the current one.
How is fuel economy calculated?+
Record two consecutive full-tank fills with odometer readings. The app uses the second fill’s fuel volume and distance since the previous fill to calculate L/100 km and cost per kilometre.
Why did I not receive a reminder?+
Check the reminder, the maintenance-notification preference and notification access in iOS Settings. Odometer reminders update only after you enter a new reading in the app.
How do I export vehicle history?+
From Overview, open Reports, then choose CSV History or PDF Report. You decide where to save or share the file.
What should I include in a bug report?+
Include the app version, device model, iOS version and steps to reproduce. Hide licence plates, receipts and personal information in screenshots.
How do I request data deletion?+
Open Settings → Delete All Data to remove vehicles, history, photos and reminders from the device. Deleting the app also removes local data; offloading may retain it. Manage backups and exported PDF/CSV files separately. Email us to request deletion of support correspondence.
