Frequently asked questions
Where can I download it?+
The app is in internal TestFlight testing. There is no public App Store download or public beta link yet. Invited testers should open their invitation with the matching Apple account. Email us for release information.
Does it work offline?+
Scanning, OCR, storage, search and reminders work on the device. Online AI analysis needs a connection and a separately configured service, which has not been deployed for this beta.
Is it free?+
Build 5 is free, without ads or purchases. A VND 99,000 one-time Remove Ads option is being developed and is not on sale yet. Scanning, OCR, storage and reminders will remain free.
Can I restore documents on a new phone?+
The vault does not currently support iCloud sync or backup. Export important PDFs or text before changing phones or deleting the app. Restoring a purchase does not restore documents.
What if OCR or a date is wrong?+
Open the document, compare it with the original text and edit the result. Set reminder dates manually and double-check amounts and dates instead of relying entirely on automatic extraction.
How do I request data deletion?+
Delete individual documents or use Settings → Delete all data. Manage exports, original files, Calendar events and information sent to an AI service separately. Contact [email protected] about support correspondence.
