1. Who provides the app
TinyWorld provides Hydration Pet: Daily Water, a drink diary and habit companion. You do not need a TinyWorld account. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
2. Your on-device diary, Health and Watch
The app stores your drink entries, custom drinks and cups, personal goal, companion and decoration progress, and settings on your device. On iOS, the app and its widget share an on-device container. TinyWorld does not operate a server for uploading or synchronizing your diary. In iOS 1.4.0, the local diary, Health synchronization records and Watch outbox are protected on-device and excluded from automatic device/cloud backups. Earlier versions may have been included in operating-system backups. The app does not request precise device location.
Apple Health is off until you choose Connect Apple Health and respond to Apple's permission screen. The app requests only Water read/write access: it can import the last 30 days on first connection and share new Water entries recorded after connection. Other drinks are not converted into water. Updates and deletions apply only to records this app wrote; imported records are edited in their source app. Changes are checked while the iPhone app is open. Apple does not disclose whether you denied read access, so an empty result is not proof that access was granted. You can disconnect in the app or manage permission in Apple Health.
The paired Watch app stores pending water entries locally and transfers them to your iPhone with Apple's WatchConnectivity. It receives the diary totals, goal, cup size, language and selected companion needed for its interface. The iPhone performs Health synchronization to avoid duplicate writes. Health and diary data are not sent to TinyWorld servers or advertising services, sold, or used for advertising or marketing. Apple separately controls any Health storage/sync you enable through its own services.
3. Reminders, widgets and exports
Optional reminders use local notifications with your permission. You can disable reminders in the app or change notification permission in device Settings. Widgets display diary information on your device. Exporting or sharing creates a file or summary for the destination you choose; that destination handles the copy under its own terms. Avoid sharing sensitive diary information unintentionally.
4. Purchases
Apple handles iOS purchases and restoration. The app checks transaction and entitlement information to unlock purchased features. TinyWorld does not receive your payment card number or Apple Account password. Purchase records and refunds are managed by Apple. Android store purchasing, if offered in your installed version, is handled by Google Play separately. See Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
5. Advertising-enabled versions
iOS 1.3.2 includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform. The free version can display occasional interstitial ads at navigation breaks, not on launch or immediately after recording a drink. Plus disables ad loading and presentation. We request non-personalized ads and disable Google's publisher first-party identifier and publisher ad personalization.
Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. We do not send your diary, beverage history, personal goal or profile name to advertising services. We do not request precise location or iOS tracking permission.
Required consent choices are handled before ads are requested. If the consent update fails, ads remain off. Open Settings → Privacy & wellbeing → Advertising privacy choices to access available regional consent controls or retry. Buying Plus stops future ad requests, but does not erase data previously processed by Google. See how Google uses advertising data.
6. Support and website visits
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments to respond and resolve your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary health information. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle your request and applicable obligations. Visiting tinyworld.tech is separate from using the app and is covered by the website privacy policy.
7. Deletion and choices
In the app, Settings → Delete all local data removes the local diary and preferences and disconnects Apple Health. This does not erase records already saved in Apple Health: manage those records in Health. Disconnecting alone keeps existing entries in both apps. After the Watch next receives the reset diary identity, it discards pending entries from the old diary instead of restoring them; an offline Watch retains its local copy until then. This action cannot erase exported files, older device backups, store purchase records or information already processed by third parties. Manual exports include imported Health entries only when you explicitly export/share your diary. Manage external copies with their respective providers. Uninstalling the app is not a request to erase email correspondence. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to TinyWorld, subject to applicable rights and obligations. Google and Apple determine retention for data they process under their linked policies.
8. Children and international processing
Hydration Pet is a general-audience habit tool, not a medical service or an app specifically designed for children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to TinyWorld, contact us. External email, store and advertising providers may process data outside your country under their own policies and applicable safeguards.
9. Changes
We update this page and its date when practices change. Material changes requiring consent must be presented before the relevant processing begins. For help, visit Hydration Pet Support.
