MyCar (formerly Xe Của Tui) requires no separate account. Vehicle records, photos and receipt contents are not sent to TinyWorld servers. Purchases and third-party SDK processing are explained below.
1. Overview
MyCar is TinyWorld’s vehicle care and expense tracker for iOS and Android. This policy covers version 1.3 and versions with the same data handling. No TinyWorld account is needed; we do not operate a server receiving vehicle records, or sell or rent personal information.
2. Data stored on your device
Vehicle details, licence plates, odometers, notes, service history, costs, fuel, documents, photos and reminders are stored locally. Photos are saved only when selected or captured. Widgets and notifications may show vehicle names, costs or reminders on the lock screen; control visibility in operating-system settings.
iOS may include app data in device backups according to Apple settings; offloading may retain data. Android disables automatic operating-system backup of app data. Uninstalling does not remove manual backups or exported files.
3. Device permissions
Camera and photo access is used only when you choose to add an image or scan a receipt. Manual entry remains available without access. Android uses the system photo picker or an external camera app, without requesting full photo-library access.
Notifications are scheduled on the device and may contain vehicle names and care items. Disable them in the app or system settings. Delivery follows operating-system scheduling; odometer reminders rely on readings you enter.
4. Exports, backups and receipt scanning
You choose where to save or send CSV, PDF and backup files through the system file picker or share sheet. Manual backups are unencrypted: keep them private. The app does not provide cloud sync. The receiving service’s policy applies after sharing.
Pro recognizes receipts on device using Apple Vision on iOS or bundled Google ML Kit models on Android (Latin and Chinese). Images and recognized text are not uploaded for OCR. Review results, apply them to an editable draft, and tap Save separately. Removing app records does not delete original library images or exported files.
5. SDKs, advertising and Pro purchases
Free iOS includes a Google AdMob banner and privacy choices where required; Pro hides the Overview banner. Google may process IP/approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad interactions, performance and errors to provide and measure advertising. Vehicle and receipt contents are not sent to create advertising profiles. Android 1.3 contains no advertisements or AdMob SDK.
Google ML Kit on Android may send technical data to Google: device/OS details, app version, per-install identifiers, configuration, input/output formats and sizes, performance, errors and API usage. Image and recognized text contents are not uploaded for OCR. SDK data is encrypted in transit. Apple or Google processes payments and purchase records under its policies. The app caches verified entitlement and transaction information on device for unlocking and restoring Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal; purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google. There is no separate TinyWorld billing server or account. Apple/Google may provide diagnostics according to your settings.
6. Support
If you email [email protected], TinyWorld receives your email address, message and files you choose to send to resolve the request. Remove unnecessary licence plates, receipts and personal details first. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; you may request deletion by email.
7. Retention and your controls
Delete individual records, or a vehicle and its related history, in the app, or use Settings → Delete All Data on iOS and Android. Android can also clear app data in system settings. Uninstalling removes the local store unless the operating system retains it. Manage exports, backups and original images separately. Purchase records remain with Apple/Google and are not cancelled by deleting the app. There is no TinyWorld account to close.
8. Children and policy changes
The app does not intentionally collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child sent personal information through support.
When data handling changes, we update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website when appropriate.
