1. Overview
Xe Của Tui is TinyWorld’s vehicle maintenance and expense tracker. It does not require a TinyWorld account. TinyWorld does not operate a server that receives vehicle records, and does not sell or rent personal information.
2. Data stored on your device
The app stores vehicle names and types, licence plates, model years, odometer values, notes, maintenance history, service locations, expenses, fuel entries and reminders locally. Vehicle and receipt photos are stored only when you choose or take them.
This data may be included in device backups according to Apple settings. Offloading the app may retain its data. Deleting the app removes its local store, but does not automatically remove backups or exported files.
3. Camera, photo and notification permissions
Camera and photo-library access is used only to add vehicle or receipt images. You can use the remaining features without these permissions and change access in iOS Settings.
Reminders are scheduled on the device when you enable them. A notification may contain a vehicle name and maintenance item. You can disable notifications in the app or iOS Settings.
4. Reports and exported files
When you export PDF or CSV, the app creates a file containing the displayed vehicle expense and history data. You choose where to save it or which service receives it through the iOS share sheet. The receiving service’s privacy policy applies after sharing.
5. Advertising, analytics and tracking
This release contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. It does not request an advertising identifier or send usage data to TinyWorld. Apple may provide diagnostics or TestFlight feedback according to your Apple account and device choices.
6. Support
If you email [email protected], TinyWorld receives your email address, message and files you choose to send to resolve the request. Remove unnecessary licence plates, receipts and personal details first. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; you may request deletion by email.
7. Retention and your controls
Delete individual records or use Settings → Delete All Data to clear the on-device store. Manage exported files, device backups and previously shared data separately. There is no TinyWorld account to close.
8. Children and policy changes
The app does not intentionally collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child sent personal information through support.
When data handling changes, we update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website when appropriate.
