1. Scope
This policy covers internal beta 0.1.0 (5) of Quét Giấy Tờ, listed as Quét Giấy Tờ AI in App Store Connect. No TinyWorld account is required. The current distributed build has no advertising SDK or in-app purchases.
2. On-device documents
Imported images, OCR text, corrections and tasks are kept in an encrypted iPhone vault. Encryption keys and service tokens use Keychain. Files received through the Share menu pass through a shared, file-protected inbox before vault import. OCR uses Apple Vision on the device. Document images are not sent to an advertising network.
3. Optional AI service
The online AI service has not been deployed for the current beta. If you configure an HTTPS endpoint and beta token and agree to analysis, OCR text is sent to that service. Subsequent processing and retention depend on that operator and its AI provider. Do not enter a provider API key in the app or send sensitive documents to an endpoint you do not trust.
4. Permissions and export
Camera access supports scanning; photos and files are imported when you select them. The app requests notifications for reminders, Calendar write access for events you choose, and device authentication if you enable app lock. Manage permissions in iPhone Settings. When exporting or sharing PDFs or text, you choose the recipient app or person; exported copies are managed separately.
5. Retention and deletion
The vault and its key are excluded from iCloud backup. Deleting the app or losing your device may lose documents, so export important copies first. Delete individual documents or use Delete all data in Settings. Exports, original files, Calendar events and data already sent to another service are not automatically erased with the vault. Offloading the app may retain data.
6. Ads, purchases and analytics
Build 5 has no ads or purchases. Optional local analytics count actions on the device without sending document contents to a server. Apple may process diagnostics and TestFlight feedback according to your settings.
An unreleased update includes opt-in Google test banners on Home and a planned one-time Remove Ads purchase priced at VND 99,000 in Vietnam. It is not yet available. Google's SDK may process device and connection information; document contents are not passed as advertising parameters. Apple handles payments and the app reads verified purchase entitlements, not card details. Privacy disclosures will be reviewed before live ads are enabled.
7. Support and sensitive information
Email support provides TinyWorld with your address and the information you choose to send so we can respond. Do not send private documents, passwords, API keys or payment details. Request deletion of support correspondence at [email protected]. OCR and analysis can be wrong: check original documents. The app does not replace legal, medical or financial advice.
8. Changes
Effective September 20, 2026. This page will be updated when features or data handling change. The website has a separate privacy policy.
