TinyWorld
Privacy Policy
Lịch Âm Việt · Android · com.tinyworld.lichviet
Updated: 3 October 2026
No TinyWorld account is required. This policy covers the Android app only. The Apple app has a separate policy.
1. Your calendar stays on your device
Calendar calculations, bundled backgrounds and reference content work offline. Occasion names, dates, notes, reminder rules, revision history, appearance preferences, saved templates, notebooks and dream entries are stored in app-private storage. TinyWorld does not operate a server collecting this content. The app does not request contacts or precise location access, or upload your family data for advertising.
Optional numerology inputs and compass readings are processed on your device. Traditional day information and numerology are cultural references, not medical, legal or financial advice.
2. Photos, widgets and reminders
You select a photo through the system picker. The app saves a resized copy without the original EXIF metadata in private storage. It does not need access to your entire photo library. Shared calendar images or countdown cards leave the app only when you choose a destination using Android sharing.
Home-screen widgets read local display preferences and occasion snapshots. Custom occasion names are hidden by default unless you enable them. Widgets may update later than the main app.
Notifications require your permission. Occasion reminders are scheduled locally, with approximate timing; Android battery restrictions can delay them. You can disable reminders in the app or Android Settings.
3. Backups and deletion
Export creates an occasion-history file with names, notes, dates and deletion records. Choose where to keep it and protect it as private information. Import supports compatible Android and Apple occasion files and merges history rather than replacing all data. Conflicting versions require your choice. This does not automatically synchronize devices or transfer store purchases.
This Android build does not use CloudKit or a TinyWorld cloud account and disables Android automatic app-data backup. Deleting an occasion keeps a deletion record and older revisions for merging. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove device-local data. Previously exported or shared files must be deleted separately at their destination. Widgets can retain a cached view until refreshed.
4. Pro purchases
Google Play handles payment for the optional one-time Pro purchase. The app reads purchase information, verifies signed receipts, acknowledges confirmed purchases and rechecks entitlement when possible, including when you select Restore purchases. An acknowledged signed receipt may be stored locally for offline access. TinyWorld does not receive your payment card details. Pending payments do not unlock Pro. Pro benefits and localized prices are shown before payment; no subscription is sold in this Android release.
5. Advertising and your choices
Free ad-supported releases use Google AdMob for a banner on Today. Ads are not requested before purchase entitlement is checked and the required privacy conditions are met. Pro users do not see this banner. Calendar and family features remain usable offline.
Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, performance and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure and improve advertising services. Non-personalized ads do not mean no data is processed. Advertising ID permission may be included by the advertising SDK.
The app requests non-personalized ads, disables the Publisher first-party ID and disables publisher personalization. Family names, notes, dates, photos, journals and backup files are never included in ad requests. Google User Messaging Platform checks consent status and presents choices when required. Where available, Ad privacy in Settings or near the banner lets you revisit choices. Declining may lead to limited ads or no ads; it does not lock calendar features. Ads use a General content filter, which is not age verification.
Google privacy policy · Google advertising policy · Google Play data practices. Google determines its own retention and deletion controls. TinyWorld cannot immediately erase information already processed by Google.
5a. Optional usage analytics — Android 1.2.1 onward
Google Analytics for Firebase is optional and off by default. You can enable usage analytics in Settings, decline it or turn it off later without losing calendar or Pro features. This choice is separate from advertising consent.
After you opt in, Firebase may process an app-installation identifier, app and device metadata, approximate region inferred from network information, automatic app events, and allowlisted interactions such as screen views, calendar navigation, feature use, appearance changes, opening sharing tools, and Pro purchase or restore outcomes. The SDK may also measure in-app purchases, including product ID, price and currency. TinyWorld and Google use this information to understand usage and improve the app; it is not a claim of anonymous or zero-data collection.
We do not send occasion names or dates, notes, personal photos, journal text, birthdays, profile inputs or backup contents to Analytics. Analytics advertising identifier collection and automatic screen reporting are disabled, and Analytics advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization consent are denied. AdMob data practices in section 5 are separate.
Turning analytics off stops future collection and resets the local analytics identifier. It does not automatically erase data already uploaded to Google. Data may be processed outside your country; retention and deletion depend on the configured Firebase/Google Analytics service settings and Google's policies. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. See Google's privacy policy and Firebase privacy information.
6. External links and support
Opening an external website or store is subject to that destination's practices. Google may provide store diagnostics under your account settings. If you email [email protected], we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send and retain them as necessary for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, payment information, private backups or another person's information unnecessarily. Request deletion of support correspondence through the same address.
7. Audience and policy updates
This app is intended for a general audience, not designed specifically for children. We update this policy and its date when data practices change. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child sent to support. There is no TinyWorld account to close.
