Effective: 20 September 2026 · Updated: 20 September 2026

1. Overview

CleanPick is a photo-library review app from TinyWorld. No account is required. The public MVP is free and has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. This policy covers the app; the website has its own privacy policy.

2. Photos and local storage

With your permission, CleanPick reads accessible photo and video identifiers, dates, dimensions, favorites and other metadata, and requests previews or supported original resources for analysis. Review selections, preferences, activity and scan caches are stored in the app's local storage. Device backups may include this data depending on your Apple settings. TinyWorld does not operate a server that receives these photos, metadata or analysis results.

3. On-device AI

Best Pick uses Apple Vision on your device to assess the overall visual appeal of up to 12 still photos in a group. It does not identify people or measure sentimental value. Favorites take priority and close or incomplete evidence may produce no recommendation. Results are temporary; the app does not save a persistent Best Pick score history or upload images to an AI provider. Best Pick does not change selections or delete photos.

4. Permissions and iCloud

You can allow full or limited Photos access, decline access, or revoke it in iOS Settings. A labeled sample library is available without sharing your own photos. Apple Photos may download requested previews from iCloud. Exact-match scanning asks before downloading iCloud originals. Best Pick requests local previews with network access disabled. Apple controls iCloud processing under its own privacy policy.

5. Removal and retention

Selecting an item only adds it to the review tray. Removal requires review and the system Photos confirmation. Eligible removed items can generally be recovered in Photos → Recently Deleted for 30 days; CleanPick cannot empty that album. iCloud Photos can sync deletions across your devices. Deleting CleanPick removes its local app data, not your Photos library; offloading may retain app data. Manage device backups separately through Apple.

6. Analytics and tracking

CleanPick contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, account system or cross-app tracking. It does not sell photo-library data. Apple may provide diagnostics and TestFlight feedback according to your Apple settings and service terms. Opening a website or support email leaves the app and is subject to the relevant service's privacy practices.

7. Support

If you email [email protected], TinyWorld receives your email address and the information you choose to send to answer your request. Do not include private photos, passwords or payment details. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email; applicable obligations may require some information to be retained.

8. Changes

This policy is effective September 20, 2026. We will update this page when CleanPick's data practices change. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
